Witches Night In
My my mom is the ultimate party planner, she knows how to have a good time and I love her for it. She had a Halloween party the first of this month and I was one of the lucky ones invited:). We enjoyed yummy appetizers, salads and desserts and shared stories of haunted house experiences, movies that scared us the most, and our fav Halloween memories. Everyone dressed up, it was a blast! Here our some pics of my moms fancy table scape and us all dolled up.
GDO
Dallas's Grandma Marietta decided it would be fun to do a girls trip up to Park City for a fun day of shopping and lunch. I love a GDO but as far as shopping for long amounts of time that is not really my thing (just ask my husband). It turned out though that I loved it and I actually spent some money (I can also tend to be kind of cheap). We ate at the Red Rock and it was Delicious and I would recommend it. It was a wonderful day spent with wonderful people and hopefully we can make it a tradition every year! It is always nice to restock your fall wardrobe:)

GARAGE SALE FUND RAISER
Some friends and I are putting together a garage sale fundraiser held for my friend Stacie Johnston and her family on Saturday, October 9th from 8:00-12:00 that day. The sale will be held at 1010 North, Highway 198 (next to Laura Kays). All proceeds made from sale will be donated to the Johnston family. Stacie's husband Colton passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 11 leaving behind her and their two children. In hopes to lighten the burden off hospital bills we wanted to raise some money for her and her family. We will also be taking donations for the garage sale, you can drop them by the sale the morning of from 7:00-8:00. Please help in any way you can!

The Mile High City
Dal and I took a trip out to Denver with my parents and Parker for a little get away. We had a blast there, we toured Mile High Stadium, watched the Rockies play the Dodgers Friday and Saturday night. Coors Field is so so pretty, there really is nothing like a baseball game on a summer night. We even enjoyed it with out a Coors Light:) I think we were the only people in the ball park without a beer in hand. We stayed literally right on 16th street mall street so we had tons of shopping and restaurants to choose from, it was great. I'll tell ya what though, the sun goes down there and that 16th street turns into circus. We were walking down it with Parker one night and the whole time I just wanted to cover his ears and his eyes. You really just have to laugh at all the crazy people cus if you don't you want to cry for them ha ha. We had a wonderful time together though and the city really is beautiful it was definitely fun to get to see another place on the map.
