Well I think most everybody knows that Dal and I have an 18 year old boy named Bennett living with us. He is from Dals work and has graduated the program but needs to finish school before he can go home to California. So until he is done with school he is living with us. We were hesitant at first, but after getting to know Bennett we decided it was the right decision for Dal and I to bring Bennett into our home. It has it's challenges but Bennett is doing so well and is a good kid so he makes it easy on us. I think that we are just as grateful for the experience as Bennett is. One of the highlights for Bennett and Dal and I was Bennett playing on the SF Lacrosse team. He played in California so we decided to get him on a team out here. Little did we know that his team would make it to the state championship and help make two of the goals to win it! Dal and I turned into proud little parents jumping up and down when Bennett would make a goal and snapping so many pics of him. It has been great experience for Dal and I and hopefully Bennett too. I am so grateful for Dals and my family. Dal and I chose this but our families did not and still they have been so great and supportive through it all!
